I wanted to build a niche online travel agent website, where I advertise and list accommodations. I searched for an easy to use WordPress plugin which could list the accommodations with titles, images, custom fields in a nice layout, but I couldn't find any good solution. Then I found the free Content Views plugin on WordPress.org, I installed it and I decided that I need the Pro version if I would like to make the most of this plugin.
The plugin works great. Posts load fast. Layout looks beautifully. It is updated often and it is very stable.
The support is very quick and knowledgeable. This plugin saves me time, I would recommend it to others if you want to create nice post/page lists and layouts quickly in WordPress.

I'm using a few months and work perfectly.

Before I started using Content Views Pro, I spent a lot of time creating code to create dynamic web pages. Now I can do it without a single bit of code.
Content Views Pro offers a fleet of convenient features without inconveniencing you in other ways. Anyone can use it. This is the ultimate goal of a developer: to build a website intuitively enough that a client can, post-launch, take on full control (without breaking anything!).

This is for people that love custom posts. Custom Post UI plus Advanced Custom Fields play well together. The problem is in displaying both on the front end. You basically have to have the IQ of Albert Einstein to do that. All and I mean all plugins on codecanyon that claim to do it are an absolute waste of time. The best, and I mean it, is Contents View Pro https://www.contentviewspro.com/. It is a true bargain. It is designed around both mentioned plugins and it works flawlessly. There is all you can want in the backend. Filter anything, style most of the stuff PLUS images are NOT a royal headache as others. In fact, I use Image Size Manager and have about 15 different image sizes. THOSE ARE ALL available if you wish to use them as thumbnails! Display can be in any type of grid or list. It really has been a true delight to find a plugin that actually works as advertised.

Two thumbs up for proactive services, not to mention that it is easy and beautiful blog layout plug in. Many people will experience problem with competativeness of wordpress theme and plug-in. I encountered this issue several times, and whenever I contacted this plug in company, they always come back with solution within a day.

I don't like to pay for plugins. Normally I don't. But this was just too good, and saved me loads of time. Surprisingly lightweight, functions beautifully. Changed the lay-out of my blog to blocks, and the layout of the shop to a masonry grid with no pain or much effort whatsoever.
And the support kindly figured out how to give all categories and sub-categories the same look by overwriting the woocommerce default product page.
There is no limits to views anymore, this was the best value for my $$ ever on wordpress.
Mind you it may take 1 or 2 days before you get an answer on their forum, but the wait is well worth it.

This is a great little plugin but the Pro features just give it the extra edge I was looking for. I had a few questions/issues during implementation but got fast and helpful support. I even found a bug in the Pro version that he promptly fixed. Great job, PT Guy! Thanks for a great product and all of your help!

posts and pages are the foundation of most wordpress sites, yet out of the box 99% of wordpress themes offer very little flexibility for how posts and pages are displayed. enter the content views plugin! this plugin has been a lifesaver and i wish i had found it sooner. every time i think i've found an issue that the plugin is not capable of, i figure out that it's easily up for the task. WELL worth the investment, i've purchased this for 3 client sites so far and felt compelled to leave a review. 5/5

This might sound crazy, but this is the best plugin I've ever used. And that's saying a lot, I've bought $1,000's worth of premium plugins, installed 100's of free plugins over the past 8 years, run multiple companies on WordPress, and this is by far the best FREE (and even compared to premium plugins) plugin I've ever used. The interface is gorgeous, it just WORKS, has all the settings I'd want, and the output is beautiful. I can even customize pretty much everything I want with CSS. Great plugin guys. I'll be buying the premium one soon.

The worst part is that their name for the plugin 'Query posts by category... and display posts on page in grid layout without coding - Content Views' is probably one of the worst names ever! In fact so bad, it was due to a deep Google Search that I was even able to find this plugin. I tried about 10 'recent posts' plugins before finding this one through a random Google Search. Fix your name to something useful like 'BEST EFFING RECENT POSTS PLUGIN EVER' I'm not even joking, best plugin EVER.

I have been using WordPress for some time, but never came to a project that needs grid layout with various options implemented on pages. And when I got such project in front of me, I was able to see how hard it is to create such grid because there aren’t many solutions available. Content Views Pro is definitely worth it. My company builds sites using WordPress for a variety of clients. We recently purchased Content Views Pro for that client and now, we are adding it to our arsenal of ‘must-have plug-ins’. It is well thought out and makes, what would take a programmer some time to program, much easier. I personally like it because it allows me to set up different views using different filters and choosing a from a variety of looks…quickly. Being able to create different views is great as well because we can utilize CSS and @media to display different style views for different browser sizes.
